Juventus have not received any offer, nor have they been formally approached by any club as things stand, but Giovanni Albanese of Gazzetta dello Sport and SportItalia claims that the Bianconeri could sanction Vlahovic’s sale if an appropriate offer does come in.
It is understood that Arsenal are now on the lookout for a new attacker in the January transfer window, following Tuesday’s news that Gabriel Jesus requires surgery on a season-ending cruciate ligament (ACL) injury.
Vlahovic’s contract situation is part of the reason why Juventus could be open to the idea of a sale in January.
The Serbia international has a deal that runs until the summer of 2026, which means that he will be into the final 12 months of contract when the summer transfer window opens. Negotiating a renewal could prove tricky for the Bianconeri, as Vlahovic is currently the highest earner in the division.
