Several sources claim Renato Veiga and Lloyd Kelly are now Juventus’ primary targets after Fikayo Tomori informed the Bianconeri and their coach, Motta, that he was unconvinced about leaving Milan.

Juventus remain in the hunt for a centre-back to replace the injured Gleison Bremer and the latest reports in Italy claim Veiga and Kelly are among the Bianconeri’s primary targets.

The Serie A giants had opened talks with their domestic rivals Milan for Tomori, but the defender’s unwillingness to leave San Siro this month convinced the Old Lady to look elsewhere.

According to Gazzetta, Tomori had a chat with Juventus coach Thiago Motta, but the defender suggested he was not convinced about swapping the Rossoneri with the Bianconeri in January.

Tomori also failed to impress in Milan’s 2-0 loss to Juventus on Saturday, so the Bianconeri are now looking for a different player who is entirely convinced to move to the Allianz Stadium.

Talks with Chelsea and Newcastle are ongoing, but Veiga and Kelly are not the only Juventus targets, given that Kevin Danso (Lens), Saba Goglichidze (Empoli) and Thomas Kristensen (Udinese) are also on their watchlist, according to Gazzetta.

Tuttosport also mentions Axel Disasi as a possible Juventus reinforcement in defence, but Matteo Moretto reported last week that the Bianconeri had rejected the chance to sign the 26-year-old.
