Plymouth Argyle manager Miron Muslic has warned Leeds United that the Pilgrims will not roll out the red carpet to help them win the league title on Saturday at Home Park.

Leeds United have achieved their goal by securing promotion to the Premier League and now they have one task in hand to win the Championship title before they wrap up their season.

Daniel Farke will take his side to Devon on Saturday to face relegation-bound Plymouth Argyle at Home Park.

Plymouth have seen their recent form improve as they secured wins against teams from the top half of the table, Sheffield United and Coventry City, in recent games.

Muslic admitted that his team did a lot of things right in recent weeks and stated that they are ready to give travelling side Leeds a good fight.

He pointed out that the Whites are coming to the Home Park in the hope of winning the Championship title and warned that his team will not let Leeds walk over them, as they are keen to spoil the Yorkshire giants’ night on Saturday.

“I think we did a lot of things right in the last couple of weeks”, Muslic told Plymouth Argyle’s official site.

“Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough.

“This game on Saturday, it’s another big one because Leeds are coming to win the trophy, to win the title, and we are ready to give them a proper fight.

“We will not roll out the red carpet for them.

“We will try to win this game.

“It won’t be easy, but actually everything was hard this season for us.”

Farke’s side will go to Home Park with confidence and motivation to finish the season on a high note and they will be up against a side they have a good past record with.

Leeds are unbeaten in their last nine league games and Muslic’s Plymouth will be determined to make the Whites’ last day of the season something to forget about.
