Liverpool enquire about a potential move for Kingsley Coman | OneFootball

According to Florian Plettenberg, Kingsley Coman (28) is planning to leave Bayern Munich during the summer transfer window. After 8 years with the Bundesliga giants, the France international attacker is planning to seek pastures new when the transfer window reopens.

Liverpool have shown an initial interest in the PSG academy graduate and have enquired over a potential move for Coman. However, discussions have not exceeded an initial enquiry. The Frenchman is prioritising a move to Saudi Arabia, with one of the top four clubs in the Gulf State in his sights as his target.

Pricetag set

Bayern have already set an asking price for Coman – anticipating interest in the forward ahead of the summer. The German outfit are set to seek a transfer fee in the region of €30m – €40m for the 28-year-old. The former Juventus winger reportedly earns €17m annually at Bayern, meaning the club would also reduce their wage bill significantly in the event of a sale.
