Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with Osimhen during the last two transfer windows, and with the summer window still months away, rumors are already starting to heat up.

Now at Galatasaray, Osimhen has found the form that made him one of the standout players in the 2022-23 season, putting him back on the radar of Europe’s top clubs ahead of the next transfer window.

So far this season, he has scored 20 goals and added five assists in 26 matches across all competitions for the Turkish side. According to GiveMeSport, Osimhen is a top target for Manchester United, who could trigger his €75 million release clause to sign him this summer.

CalcioMercato are now reporting that Manchester United have a plan to sign the striker without paying his full release clause.

The Italian news outlet claims that Ruben Amorim’s side are prepared to offer Napoli €40 million (£33 million; $41.6 million) along with Hojlund.

Napoli had wanted to sign Hojlund in the summer of 2023 before the Denmark international striker moved from Atalanta to Manchester United in an initial £64 million transfer.

TEAMtalk confirmed Thursday that Osimhen is eager to make a move to Manchester United, though the Red Devils will face stiff competition from several top clubs to land him.

Meanwhile, journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu reported that Manchester United and PSG have officially expressed interest in signing Osimhen this summer.

Both clubs have made verbal offers regarding his contract and salary, with plans to meet his release clause. Amorim is also eager to bring him in.
