The final four places for the Champions League last 16 are up for grabs this evening, with some of Europe's elite sides in action.
Here's how it all unfolded.
Scorers: Perisic 51', Saibari 74', Flamingo 97'; Weah 64'
PSV welcome Thiago Motta's Juventus side to Eindhoven looking to overturn a one goal deficit in the second leg.
Juventus were handed an early blow as Renato Veiga was forced off with an injury after a collision with Luuk de Jong.
It was Andrea Cambiaso, Veiga's replacement, who had the first effort of the game, stinging the palms of Walter Benitez.
And Juventus were the side firmly in the ascendency as the first half wore on, but could not find the goal that would give them some breathing room against the hosts, heading into the interval still only precariously ahead on aggregate.
Minutes into the second half, that lead came tumbling down as PSV took the lead with just their second shot on target of the game.
Slipped in by Noa Lang, Ivan Perisic ran onto the ball before unleashing a lethal volley past Di Gregorio from close range.
But their lead did not last long, as Timothy Weah slammed home from the edge of the area after a free kick was headed clear, restoring his side's advantage.
PSV would not lie down though, and retook the lead on the night with 15 minutes left to play as Saibari pounced on a loose ball to bundle it home, leaving the tie heading to extra-time.
And the Dutch side moved ahead in the tie midway through the first half of extra time, with Juventus failing to clear a free kick and allowing Flamingo to poke home from four yards out.
Both sides had chances with Vlahovic seeing an effort come off the post, while Saibari fired straight at Juve's no.1.
But in the second half of extra time, PSV sat back and Juve could simply not find a way past, becoming the third Italian side to exit the UCL inside 24 hours.
Scorers: Mbappé 4', 33', 61'; Gonzalez 90+1'
Manchester City headed to the Bernabeu needing to win to stand any chance of progressing to the last 16, but a brilliant Kylian Mbappé hat-trick saw them knocked out with a whimper in Spain.
Their chance to progress got off to the worst possible start as Kylian Mbappé ran off the back of Ruben Dias, before lobbing the ball over the onrushing Ederson to double his side's advantage on aggregate.
A minute later, City's task got even harder as John Stones was forced off injured, with Nathan Aké being needed to replace him.
Real Madrid continued to dominate the game in the first half, with Vinicius Jr tormenting Khusanov on the left-flank, while Mbappé continued to prove lively.
And it was the Frenchman who doubled his tally for the night after being fed by Rodrgyo, with the Frenchman putting Joško Gvardio on his backside with a fake shot before finding the corner from six yards out.
Despite the lacklustre performance, Guardiola opted against changes at half time, and the game continued to follow a familiar pattern as only Ederson and last ditch defending stopped them adding to their lead.
But Mbappé wasn't finished, with the Frenchman picking the ball up before driving into the penalty area and finding the bottom corner to complete his hat-trick against Guardiola's side, and put the result beyond doubt.
From that point, it was plain sailing for Real Madrid, allowing Manchester City to dominate the ball without threatening until they grabbed a consolation in stoppage time courtesy of January addition Nico Gonzalez.
However, it was too little, too late as Real Madrid sailed into the last 16 of the competition to face either Leverkusen or Atlético Madrid.
Scorers: Barcola 20',Kvaratskhelia 39', Vitinha 59', Doué 63', Mendes 69', Ramos 76', Mayulu 87'
French Champions PSG booked their place in the last 16 of the Champions League with a 7-0 thrashing of Brest at the Parc des Prince.
Enrique's side held a commanding 3-0 lead heading into the second leg in Paris, while Brest rotated their side with Ligue 1 in mind.
And it was almost immediately 4-0 in the tie as Bradley Barcola flashed an early effort into the sidenetting.
Brest had a chance of their own minutes later, and only a goalline clearance from Marquinhos prevented them from pulling one back.
And that proved costly, with Barcola finding the bottom corner midway through the first half to put the tie firmly to bed.
From then on, it turned into a training drill for both sides, with PSG dominating the ball, before they added a second before the interval through January signing Kvicha Kvaratskhelia, who arrived at the right time to bundle home a cross for his second goal in PSG colours.
Brest improved after the break, and Lees Melou saw his effort come back off the post but PSG hit back immediately through Vitinha, who added a third on the night and PSG's sixth on aggregate.
Just after the hour, they added yet another as Desiré Doué was slipped in by fellow substitute Goncalo Ramos, firing into an empty net.
It continued to rain goals for the Parisians, as Nuno Mendes got in on the act to add gloss to the scoreline, before Ramos added a sixth to make it 9-0 on aggregate.
Brest had a consolation goal ruled out for offside, but it was a chastening evening for the French side.
Earlier...
Already holding a 3-0 lead, Borussia Dortmund welcomed Sporting CP to Signal Iduna Park.
Sporting needed a minor miracle to get back into the tie, and it was Dortmund who began the game on the front foot, looking to put the game beyond doubt.
Rui Silva kept his side in it with an excellent save to keep out an effort from Marcel Sabitzer, but the German side were firmly in the ascendency as they headed into the interval.
The theme continued into the second half, with Karim Adeyemi testing the goalkeeper with a long range effort.
And with Sporting still yet to have a shot on target despite the aggregate score, Dortmund were handed a penalty just before the hour mark, only for Serhou Guirassy to be denied from 12 yards by Rui Silva.
Minutes later, substitute Giovanni Reyna saw his effort rebound off the post just seconds after coming on, and they looked the more likely side to break the deadlock.
Emre Can thought he had done just that with 15 minutes left, but his effort was ruled out for offside after a VAR check, and Sporting's charmed life continued.
But failing to offer anything in attack, the Portuguese side went out with a whimper as Dortmund set up a last 16 tie with one of Lille or Aston Villa.
