Beppe Sala confirmed Inter Milan intend to broadcast the Champions League final against PSG on a big screen at San Siro.
Speaking to RTL 120,5 via FCInterNews, the Milan mayor announced the club’s bid to translate the Munich energy to Giuseppe Meazza.
Inter and PSG will square off in the grandest European final on May 31.
However, there’s only a limited amount of tickets, and Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena isn’t big enough to welcome everyone.
Therefore, the reigning Serie A champions are working on making all fans taste the grand-final vibe.
Indeed, setting up a large screen at the iconic San Siro is part of that effort.
Coach Simone Inzaghi will participate in his second Champions League final in three years.
After falling agonizingly short of continental glory in 2023, Inter will try to get one better this time.

Now, Beppe Sala confirms that discussions are underway.
“We’re discussing with Inter, also through the prefecture,” Sala admitted. “It’s not yet an official announcement.
“However, the intention is clear to set up a big screen at San Siro and ensure that tens of thousands of people can watch the game in a more secure environment.”
Despite lacking an official announcement, the intention is clear.
Indeed, Inter want every Nerazzurri fan to feel a sense of belonging, especially in these history-defining moments.
Asked whether he’ll be in Munich to attend the final, Sala replied: “There’s a delicate negotiation going on with my partner, whose birthday is the following day.”
There’s still time before now and the Champions League showpiece.
In the meantime, Inter will focus on overturning Napoli’s single-point lead at Serie A’s table summit.
That would be an ideal confidence boost ahead of the most significant fixture in recent history.
