Liverpool fans are just starting to recognise Milos Kerkez's name.
His two assists against Manchester City not only helped the Reds ascend to the top of the Premier League, but it announced him as the club's first choice left-back target.
With Andy Robertson's waning powers, Liverpool need a fresh new, energetic and robust figure to freshen up the left-flank.
The Hungarian full-back is exactly that. I know that for certain. I've known about him since he was 15 years old.
Back then, he was just a kid at ETO FC Győr in Hungary's second tier, running around the pitch, hardly being able to understand instructions in Hungarian, having grown up in Serbia and Austria.
But he didn't need to speak the language. His words were on the pitch and he was remarkable.
As a 16 year old, Kerkez annihilated the competition in Hungary's second tier. Even at that age, he was just way too good for that level and few teenagers are capable of that.
That's why arguably one of the greatest defenders of all time, Paolo Maldini, came calling to lure him to AC Milan.
