No Pulisic or Antonee Robinson, but here's who made 27-man USMNT camp

The United States men's national team on Thursday announced a 27-player squad to convene at a training camp ahead of a pair of June friendlies against Turkey and Switzerland, one that doesn't include star attacker Christian Pulisic.
While there are several familiar European-based faces in the group, Pulisic has been left out of the camp to get some recovery time following his role as a key player with AC Milan in this year's Serie A season. Fulham's Antonee Robinson also won't be a part of the group after playing nearly every match for Fulham in the 2024-25 Premier League campaign.
And Weston McKennie and Gio Reyna are remaining with Juventus and Dortmund, respectively, for their preparations for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup to begin later in June.
However, there are several European-based inclusions thought to be on the fringe of Pochettino's last camp in March for their wayward performance in the Concacaf Nations League.
Sergino Dest will return to the fold after getting healthy for the stretch run of PSV Eindhoven's Eredivisie title campaign. Monaco's Folarin Balogun is fit and in the squad after missing out as an injury casualty last time, while Leeds United's Brenden Aaronson and Coventry City's Haji Wright will also be included.
It's also worth noting that, while the roster is suggestive of the final 23-man roster Pochettino may name for the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup, which kicks off later in June after these friendlies, that squad could include players beyond this camp, so long as they're a part of the previous 60-man preliminary Gold Cup list that was submitted earlier this week.
Among those who could fit that description are Club America's Alejandro Zendejas, whose Aguilas side takes on LAFC in a playoff for the final spot in the Club World Cup that was vacated by Club Leon because of FIFA's prohibition of multiple entrants owned by the same entity.
Here's the full 27-man roster for the trainig camp, which begins on June 1:
