Pellegatti furious with 2025-26 Milan shirt leak: “This is our symbol” | OneFootball

Carlo Pellegatti is not at all happy with the leaks for the 2025-26 AC Milan home shirt because of the presence of an altered club crest.

Milan’s current home shirt – with the equal stripes and the white trim – has generally been well-received by the fans, at least compared to the fourth kits which were released and worn recently, causing a storm on social media.

However, the leaks for 2025-26 have caused a divide for one reason in particular. Opaleak believe that the badge will be altered, and instead of the normal version PUMA will go with a monochromatic (two-tone, red and white) version of the crest.

Pellegatti commented on the potential choice in a video on his Instagram profile in which he made it very clear that the logo which appears on the shirt should not be touched. MilanNews relayed his comments.

“It’s Saturday, March 15, I should only talk about the Milan-Como match tonight at 6:00 pm at San Siro. I hope Leao plays, they tell me he’s still a little uncertain, I wouldn’t want there to be this uncertainty because he’s the strongest player we have. I remember in the last six games: three assists and two goals,” he said.

“But I want to briefly talk about something that I can’t leave out. I can’t pretend it’s not there. Here’s the monochromatic symbol that should be on our shirt next year. Monochromatic symbol. So not this symbol (shows the classic Milan crest) that has accompanied us for years, this is our flag, our symbol on the red and black shirts and on the white shirts. This is our symbol.

“There instead it’s monochromatic, red and white. Dear friends, I can say it loud and clear: we are not Colchoneros. With all due respect to Atletico Madrid (who play in red and white) who have the white and red shirts. We are not Colchoneros, we want this symbol on our shirt (shows the classic Milan crest).

“And on the shirts we see, all sold out, red, pink, fuchsia, military color… Whatever you want but please put the red and black symbol, even if it clashes with some other colour. We are not Colchoneros.”
