Paris Saint-Germain are already focusing on the January transfer window, and according to a report from L’Équipe, two positions have been identified for strengthening.
PSG are thinking about departures with Randal Kolo Muani and Milan Skriniar both surplus to requirements. Given his high wages and the fee paid back in the summer of 2023, offloading the former could prove difficult for the reigning Ligue 1 champions.
However, PSG are looking to also strengthen their squad this January. A central defender and a winger, potentially a right-footed player capable of playing on the left, are sought after. Luis Enrique believes that his options out wide are limited. Senny Mayulu, an academy product, can fill-in in this position, however, Luis Enrique would prefer to use him centrally and so Mayulu is not seen as a solution to Les Parisiens’ lack of options here.
PSG, who are anticipating a potential future departure – or decline – for the ageing Marquinhos, and who are also looking to sell Skriniar, want a young, right-footed centre-back, according to L’Équipe.
