Luka Modrić is set to play his final Real Madrid home game this weekend.
The veteran midfielder confirmed that Saturday's LaLiga finale against Real Sociedad will be his last outing at the Santiago Bernabéu after 13 years.

It's been a genuine golden age for Los Blancos since Modrić's 2012 arrival with 28 honours won during the Croatia captain's time with Carlo Ancelotti's side.
