An up-and-coming member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid was spotted in training alongside the rest of the club’s first-team squad on Monday.
The player in question? Jeremy de León.
The name of winger De León will likely be a familiar one to those who kept a close eye on matters in Real Madrid’s squad last season.
This comes after the Puerto Rico international was credited with being something of a good luck charm for Carlo Ancelotti’s side.
Despite not even being registered for the competition, De León was afforded the chance to travel with Los Blancos for their away days on the continent, to aid in training drills and more.
And, in the end, such efforts culminated in Real emerging victorious from the Champions League once more.
Fans of the capital heavyweights, in turn, will no doubt be happy to hear of De León being spotted back in the thick of things at senior level on Monday.
