A member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has moved to make clear his appreciation for the level of performance put forth by Eduardo Camavinga on Saturday.
Camavinga, for his part, was of course in from the off yesterday evening, as Real Madrid locked horns with Villarreal in a La Liga clash.
And, en route to an eventual 2-1 Blancos triumph, the 22-year-old played a starring role.
Excelling on both sides of the ball, Camavinga controlled proceedings from his berth at the base of midfield, looking back to his brilliant best after a string of questionable recent performances.
The former Stade Rennais talent, in turn, was singled out for widespread praise on the back of the full-time whistle.
And as alluded to above, adding his name to the long list of Camavinga’s backers late on Saturday was teammate Dani Ceballos.
After missing out once more against Villarreal owing to injury, Ceballos took to his official ‘X’ account, to repost a fan’s message of praise, accompanied by the caption:
‘Great game’
