Manchester City and Brentford have named their starting lineups ahead of tonight’s Premier League fixture at the GTech Community Stadium. Pep Guardiola’s side will be looking to continue their three-game winning run against the Bees. But Thomas Frank’s side will pose a serious test of City’s credentials in front of their home fans.

On the injury front, Rodri will miss tonight’s match for Manchester City. City’s midfield general is currently recovering from an ACL injury. Question marks surround the fitness of several of Manchester City’s players. Pep Guardiola told the media that John Stones isn’t yet fit enough to play a full 90 minutes. The City manager also said that John Stones won’t return until he is back to full fitness. Ruben Dias and Oscar Bobb returned to training last week. They could be a chance of returning to the Manchester City squad for tonight’s match. It also remains to be seen if Kyle Walker will be a part of Pep Guardiola’s squad tonight. With the Manchester City captain having asked to leave the club this month it remains to be seen if he is available for selection.

Pep Guardiola has made eight changes to the team that easily dispatched Salford City from the FA Cup. Nathan Ake, Savinho and Matheus Nunes are the only players who started against Salford City who start today.

Ruben Dias and Oscar Bobb both aren’t in .the squad for today’s match as they continue to work their way back to full fitness after injury.
