Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester City: Official line ups

This evening, Spurs will welcome Manchester City to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, for match day 27 of the Premier League season. For this one, the home fans inside the ground, and elsewhere, will certainly be wanting Ange's side to win the game.
Spurs come into this game having won three straight Premier League games for the first time since December of 2023 - scoring seven goals and conceding just one in that time. The last time they played City was after a defeat to Ipswich Town - so let's all hope we aren't about to experience the exact opposite of those two games.
For the task at hand, Ange Postecoglou has opted for a line up of; Vicario, Porro, Danso, Gray, Udogie; Bergvall, Bentancur, Maddison; Kulusevski, Tel, Odobert.
Meanwhile, the bench consists of; Kinsky, Reguilon, Spence, Bissouma, Sarr, Kulusevski, Werner, Son, Scarlett.
Ange has made three changes to the side that won at Portman Road on Saturday, with Porro, Maddison, and Odobert replacing Spence, Son, and Kulusevski. You would assume all three changes have been made to give those three players some rest. Although there is no game this weekend, the games come thick and fast after that.
In the blue corner, City manager Pep Guardiola has selected the following XI; Ederson; Nunes, Khusanov, Dias, Gvardiol; Gonzalez, Kovacic; Savio, Marmoush, Doku; Haaland (4231). Very attacking line up.
This will be the third, and final time the two sides have met this season. Spurs won the previous two games, defeating City 2-1 in the Carabao Cup in October, before a resounding 4-0 victory in the Premier League at the Etihad in November.
This will still be a tough game, but it really is a decent opportunity to make it four wins in a row. We have seen this season how vulnerable City can be - in the two previous match ups between the sides, and this season in general.
Particularly away from home. In the away table, Guardiola's side sit in 10th place - one place above Spurs - with 18 points from their 13 games. They have won two Premier League away games since the 20th October, and both of those were against newly promoted sides, in Ipswich and Leicester City. Even that win in October was a last minute winner vs 17th place Wolves.
So, to summarise - you can appreciate the quality City may have, whilst also acknowledging that anything other than all three points would be an underwhelming disappointment.
