Premier League giants look to strengthen in January
Transfer news LIVE!
The January window is in full flow as we enter its second week, with the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham all busy in the market. The Gunners continue to be linked with a new striker and Nico Williams is again of interest, while Liverpool also in the frame after failed enquiries last summer.
Tottenham have also got one through the door in young goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky, who could make his debut tonight, and Ange Postecoglou has confirmed he also wants a striker signed amid links with Paris Saint-Germain's Randal Kolo Muani, who is also of interest to United. Ruben Amorim must sell before he buys, and Borussia Dortmund's interest in Marcus Rashford could help a bid for Bryan Mbeumo, while the club are also willing to cash in on Kobbie Mainoo for the right price.
Chelsea are leading the race for Mainoo, while also exploring a deal to bring Marc Guehi back to the club, and could also recall Trevoh Chalobah from loan in a double nightmare for Crystal Palace. Manchester City desperately need reinforcements and are closing in on the £50million signing of Eintracht Frankfurt No10 Omar Marmoush, while West Ham are set to sack Julen Lopetegui.
