Southampton's centre back James Bree firmly believes that boss Ivan Juric and the team don't have any ongoing feud.
Recently, Leeds United head coach Daniel Farke made his feelings clear about not signing Southampton's Cameron Archer. As much as he slammed the striker's subpar performances, he also made a huge claim about the Southampton team in general.
Normally, any team or manager doesn't prefer to talk about other's squad but Farke's 17 or 18 key players remark has been surprising. That being said, Cameron Archer currently feels unmotivated as well to continue at Southampton.
Combined, these two events paint a picture of a complicated dressing room situation at the club. Already the club is navigating through a tough season and a squad fallout would be the last thing that the Saints will want.
Fortunately, regular starter James Bree has intervened to clarify that the situation hasn't reached a point of no return.
Speaking to the Daily Echo, Bree said: "I can't say it like that. We have not had a terrible telling off like that yet and hopefully we don't have to get one."
As formal as Bree sounds, the 27-year-old versatile defender isn't much stressed about the off-field scenario. Instead, the opposite of a tense atmosphere being true isn't completely ruled out yet.
A big evidence of that could be received from Joe Aribo's inspiring comments following Jack Stephens' new injury. Hence, the Southampton fans need not fear for the worst at this moment.
Infact, this is the best time to increase their morale and keep their spirits high. Southampton are coming on the back of a great Premier League week and just imagine their confidence level if they remain unbeaten for a few more weeks.
