With Arsenal's scoreline reading 1-0 to West Ham in front of the home crowd at the Emirates, boss Mikel Arteta turned to his bench to try and change the outcome of the match.
That meant bringing on talented Miles Lewis-Skelly in the 56th minute, but by the 73rd minute, the youngster was handed his marching orders as he brought down Mohamed Kudus on the halfway line.
The referee showed the youngster a red card for the offence, and while it gave Arsenal an even bigger mountain to climb, it also set a negative Premier League record.
Aged 18 years and121 days old, Lewis-Skelly became the youngest player in Premier League history to be sent off more than once.
His card against Wolves was rescinded, but it's unlikely that the latest sending off will be reversed.
It seems like discipline is something that needs to be worked on going forward for Arsenal's promising teen.
