The powers that be at La Liga giants Barcelona have drawn up a shortlist of targets to reinforce the club’s ranks between the posts.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have on Sunday provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in Catalunya’s capital.

Barcelona are understood to be giving serious consideration to dipping into the market next summer, to secure goalkeeper reinforcements.

With Marc-André ter Stegen sidelined long-term, Wojciech Szczęsny signed until only next summer, and trust far from total in Iñaki Peña, the Blaugrana are keeping a close eye on the market.

And, amid as much, five names, over recent weeks, have come to the fore as the leading shot-stopper candidates being eyed by Deco and co.
