At the press conference following Wolfsburg's emphatic 5-1 win at home to Borussia Mönchengladbach in midweek, VfL head coach Ralph Hasenhüttl had every reason to appear confident. Nevertheless, the Austrian remained restrained looking ahead to the next matchday. "We're travelling to Munich now, where it's a very tall order," explained Hasenhüttl. "We're in for another tough task on Saturday."

Whether the coach only had the current positions in the table in mind ahead of the trip to the league leaders or also the history, only he knows.
