Bournemouth have confirmed that striker Evanilson will undergo metatarsal surgery.
Evanilson has been instrumental to the Cherries success so far this season, scoring five goals in his 19 games but working tirelessly from the front for Andoni Iraola's side.

But the south coast club will be without their attacking focal point for the foreseeable after he injured his right foot in their win over Everton on Saturday.
A statement from Bournemouth on Monday confirmed that the Brazilian had broken a bone in his foot which would require him to go under the knife.
Bournemouth are currently seventh in the Premier League with 33 points.
