Manchester United have pulled a goal back at Goodison Park, halving the deficit after Everton raced to a 2-0 lead in first half action.
The man who gave them some hope?
That was skipper Bruno Fernandes, scoring with a brilliantly taken free-kick from just outside the box.
Man Utd have not scored from a direct free-kick for almost three years, the last one coming from Cristiano Ronaldo against Norwich in 2022.
And if the Portuguese midfielder was going to break that jinx against anyone, it would have to be Everton, having been involved in more goals against the Toffees than against any other Premier League side, having netted six times and provided five assists in just 11 games.
Now, having drawn level through Manuel Ugarte, could the Reds even nick a win here?
