Simone Inzaghi has decided to rest three key first-team players in Lautaro Martinez, Nicolo Barella and Alessandro Bastoni for the second leg of the Champions League round of 16 tie against Feyenoord on Tuesday evening.
Kick-off is due at 20.00.
The Nerazzurri already have a two-goal advantage heading into the second leg of the round of 16 tie against Feyenoord after a 2-0 victory away at De Kuip last week, which means that Simone Inzaghi’s side can afford to lose vyb a one-goal margin and still qualify for the quarter-finals.
The winner of tonight’s tie will go on to face either Bayern Munich or Bayer Leverkusen in the quarters.

Inter also have a massive game coming up against Atalanta in Serie A at the weekend, which means that Inzaghi has decided to rest a handful of his key first-team players.
Bastoni, who has been playing at left-back in the absence of the injured Federico Dimarco, is among the substitutes, which means a start for the returning Carlos Augusto out wide, while Benjamin Pavard, Stefan De Vrij and Yann Aurel Bisseck start across the back three.
There is still a relatively strong midfield featuring Hakan Calhanoglu and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, but Davide Frattesi is given the nod over fellow Italy international Nicolo Barella.

Mehdi Taremi comes into the team to partner Marcus Thuram up front, as captain Lautaro sits out after reports of muscular fatigue earlier in the week.
