Chelsea are set to face competition from two Premier League clubs for one of their top summer targets according to reports.
The Blues had a quiet January window much to the disappointment of supporters, but they did announce two signings last week.
Chelsea have completed deals for Sporting Lisbon duo Geovany Quenda and Dario Essugo, with Quenda to cost the Blues around £40m and Essugo £18.5m.
The summer window is arguably the most important under the new ownership with the Blues needing to address a number of key areas in the squad.
Chelsea need a striker and centre back, whilst it’s believed Enzo Maresca also wants a right footed attacker with the Blues said to want five wingers next season.
Liam Delap and Benjamin Sesko are two strikers who’ve been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, and Chelsea are said to be leading the race for the Ipswich striker.

However, TEAMtalk have reported the Blues may face competition from both Liverpool and Manchester United, who are both big admirers of the 22-year-old.
The report adds that Liverpool have been impressed by Delap and have made contact to establish his future plans, with the striker said to be valued at around £40m.
Delap has impressed in a struggling Ipswich side with ten goals in 28 Premier League appearances, and it’s believed he will leave the Tractor Boys even if they stay up.
