RESULT
That's all we have for tonight on a joyous night for Chelsea.
Chelsea also make history by becoming the first club to win all three of the current European trophies, as well as the only to win all four when including the old Cup Winners' Cup.
It ends a four-year trophy drought for the club, and could prove a big moment for both this young squad and this new era at Stamford Bridge.
FULL TIME! CHELSEA ARE THE CONFERENCE LEAGUE CHAMPIONS!
GOAAAAAL! CAICEDO MAKES IT FOUR!
The icing on the cake. What a 25 minutes it's been for Chelsea.
Moisés Caicedo hammers the ball home from 20 yards, finishing off a slick counter and the night on a real high.
Palmer goes off with his work done. He's been the main man for Chelsea yet again.
Marc Guiu is on in his place.
Betis have a penalty claim waved away. They're running out of time.
GOOOOAL! SANCHO SEALS IT!
That's that.
Sancho curls in a stunning strike from the left-hand side of the box.
3-1 and Chelsea are on their way!
Giovani Lo Celso is coming on.
Can the former Spurs midfielder do it against his old rivals?
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall comes on for the striker, who seemed to have injured himself in the collision with Adrián.
The former Leicester man has been a Conference League stalwart this season, so he deserves his moment in the final.
Jackson makes a mess of a great chance with a heavy touch.
The last five minutes have neatly summed up his Chelsea career, haven't they?
Not bad company to be in.
Betis look a bit shell shocked, but they still have plenty of time.
Can Antony do something? He's been quiet.
Palmer has completely changed this game almost single handedly, and Chelsea are less than 20 minutes away from glory.
GOAL! CHELSEA TAKE THE LEAD!!!
Goals change games, and two change it even more!
Palmer does it again, brilliantly getting past a defender on the right and putting the ball in for Jackson to head home.
This game has completely flipped on its head.
GOAL!!! CHELSEA EQUALISE!
Enzo Fernández is the scorer, but it's all about Cole Palmer.
He cuts in from the right, and curls a stunning ball into the box that the Argentine midfielder nods past Adrián.
Big, big moment.
Jadon Sancho is on for Pedro Neto.
Could he be the man to change things on what might be his final game for the club?
Levi Colwill replaces Benoît Badiashile too, who was on a yellow.
Adrián collides with Jackson, but it's a corner after a brief VAR check.
Chelsea are playing with more urgency at long last.
Another change for Betis.
The goalscorer Ezzalzouli is off, and 19-year-old Jesús Rodriguez is on.
The youngster's been linked with Chelsea in some quarters - who hasn't! - and will bring a lot of pace to the frontline.
James whips his first dangerous ball into the box, but it goes past everyone.
Chelsea have lacked creativity so far, but that is encouraging.
More silky skill from Isco.
He really is showing out here, and his experience is invaluable on a night like this.
The 33-year-old has just the five Champions League titles from his time with Real Madrid.
Swiss legend Ricardo Rodríguez is off for Betis, with Romain Perraud on in his place.
Reece James is coming on for Malo Gusto as the second half starts.
Can the Chelsea skipper inspire his side? Huge 45 minutes ahead.
HALF TIME!
Fernández's corner is easily dealt with by Bartra, and that's half-time!
Big work to do for Chelsea. Betis have been brilliant.
Jörgensen makes a very unconvincing punch/effort to claim the ball from Antony's free-kick, and Chelsea just about clear it away.
It's been a very poor half from the Blues.
It's been mostly dead possession for Chelsea so far, with little to no chances.
Making three changes at the back from Sunday felt an odd choice by Maresca, and his side just don't look in rhythm at all.
Betis have now scored first in 13 of their 14 Conference League games.
Foreboding for Chelsea?
Betis are on top, but they could do with getting a second before the break.
Chelsea will surely step it up a bit at some point, and they have a stacked bench to use.
Isco is rolling back the years here, as he has done all season.
He's back in the Spain squad after a six-year absence, and it's easy to see why.
What a baller.
Enzo Fernández and Noni Madueke combine but the winger's cross is blocked before it gets to Jackson.
Betis are really on their game tonight.
Chelsea have had most of the ball, but have done precious little with it.
Pellegrini is currently showing his one-time disciple Maresca who is master right now.
MORE GREAT PLAY FROM BETIS!
They might rue that one. Ezzalzouli cuts through Gusto on the right, and lays the ball back to Isco, who fires wide.
Another let off for Chelsea.
Chelsea can barely get a second on the ball, and they're getting whistled by the Betis faithful whenever they're on it.
BETIS ALMOST GET A SECOND!
The press works again, and centre-half Marc Bartra forces Filip Jörgensen into a fine save from 25 yards out.
Chelsea need to get a foothold in this game.
This is Betis' first-ever European final, and they're already enjoying it.
What a moment for the Green and Whites.
GOAL! BETIS TAKE THE LEAD!!!!
What a start!
Malo Gusto gives away the ball needlessly but it's good pressing from Betis.
The ball comes to that man, Isco, and he brilliantly picks out Abde Ezzalzouli, who hammers the ball home with an equally great finish from the left.
Moisés Caicedo is rocking his face mask again, and has bleached his hari to go with it.
Isco is the man who will pull the strings for Betis tonight, and he's looking for space in between the lines already.
Lively start here, with Antony heading over and Cole Palmer cutting inside from the right but only shooting straight at Adrián.
KICK OFF!
And we're under way!
Minutes from kick off in Wroclaw.
Antony isn't the only player in the Betis squad with Premier League experience.
Former Liverpool keeper Adrián starts in goal, as does ex-West Ham midfielder Pablo Fornals.
Giovani Lo Celso, 2022 World Cup winner and one-time Spurs man, is on the bench.
How many more narratives do we need?!
The final also sees two on-loan Manchester United wingers face off in Antony and Jadon Sancho, who played together at Old Trafford in the 2022/23 season.
The Betis winger's loan spell has gone better, but who will be lifting a European trophy tonight?
It is a special occasion for the two managers, with Enzo Maresca coming up against his "football dad" Manuel Pellegrini. The former title-winning Manchester City boss first encouraged the Italian to become a coach while managing him at Malaga in 2011.
Pellegrini also gave Maresca his big break, adding him to his coaching staff at West Ham seven years on in 2018.
Another seven years on, and the two face off in a European final. Quite the story.
Chelsea are aiming to become the first club to win all three current European club competitions, in addition to the now-defunct Cup Winners' Cup they won in 1998.
On the other hand, Betis are simply looking to win their first European title.
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of tonight's UEFA Conference League final between Chelsea and Real Betis at the Wroclaw Stadium in Poland.
