Chelsea have reportedly received a €13 million proposal for player who looks set to depart Stamford Bridge this winter transfer window.

There is a lot going on in Chelsea’s transfer world right now and a lot of rumours pushing through the rumour mill.

It seems though that Chelsea really need to sell some players before they can even think about making any purchases as we creep on through the window and towards the latter end of it.

Chelsea are being strongly linked with new striker names, and it continues to be Liam Delap of Ipswich Town who is the name mentioned the most.

But they are also still being linked with new defenders despite Trevoh Chalobah returning from his loan at Crystal Palace early, with Jorrel Hato of Ajax being linked with Chelsea just this morning.

But if they are to sell first, it is midfielder Cesare Casadei who is the most talked about departure of this window so far, but he is currently still at the club.

Casadei to Lazio?

Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla is reporting that Lazio have presented a proposal of €13 million to Chelsea for Cesare Casadei, who has opened up and would prefer Lazio to other clubs who have made offers for him.

This is a rumour that just keeps surfacing, and many clubs have been in for him. But so far, it looks like Chelsea are asking for more money than clubs are willing to pay for the Italian. So we will have to see if Chelsea accept the deal from Lazio or not.

But the player has to go, and if he truly wants to join Lazio then he will be hoping that Chelsea will be more willing to do a deal here.
