Chelsea won the Barclays Women’s Super League top two clash, Arsenal defeated Spurs in the derby and Brighton overcame a West Ham fightback.

Chelsea defeated Manchester City with two second-half goals to replaces them as league leaders with a gams still in hand.
City’s Khadija Shaw was gifted a great opportunity by Sandy Baltimore in the first half but the shot was dragged well wide.
The breakthrough came with 15 minutes to play, Mayra Ramirez strongly seeing off a challenge from Alanna Kennedy to advnace into the box and slot past Ayaka Yamashita.
Four minutes later and it was 2-0, Guro Reiten controlling a pass from Lucy bronze and curling a shot into the bottom corner.

Arsenal ran out comfortable winners in the North London derby at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Alessia Russo fired them into a second minute lead, Frida Leonhardsen Maanum with the second from a Kim Little pass.
Daphne van Domselaar tipped over a great strike from Beth England but Stina Blackstenius’ came off the bench to net the Gunners’ third midway through the second half.

Brighton stayed third in the table as they saw off a West Ham fightback by grabbing a late winner at the Amex.
Rachel McLauchlan got the opening goal and then turned provider for Kiko Seike too make it 2-0 on the hour, the Hammers then wiping that advantage out within ten minutes as Katrina Gorry struck twice.
Seike set up the winner for Brighton, scored by Fran Kirby with eight minutes left.
