Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez has been explaining why he has struggled during the early times at Chelsea, especially under Mauricio Pochettino.
This news comes after Chelsea got a vital three points on Friday night against Manchester United in what was a crucial win for the race for Champions League football next season.
One Chelsea legend Gary Cahill was at the match and he has hailed one key player in the game as being one of the best in Europe after his influence on the match.
Cahill wasn’t the only one praising this player as well, with team mate Pedro Neto joining in and picking up on the character of the Chelsea hero from Friday night.
Chelsea will now move on to their final league game of the season next weekend away at Nottingham Forest, and it’s another game they have to win the secure Champions League qualification.
There’s been plenty of rumours around this week suggesting that the Spanish giants are looking to try and sign Fernandez this summer.
However, these rumours have been shot down and it’s been made clear that The Blues are determined to see off the interest he is getting from Madrid.

This has been the best season Fernandez has had for Chelsea so far after struggling when he first arrived, especially under Mauricio Pochettino.
Fernandez admits that his physical condition was not good enough during that time, in an interview cited by La Perla Londres.
He said:
“The first 6 months with Pochettino I had a hard time physically and I had to train extra because I felt like I wasn’t up to it. It’s paid off, and I feel great both physically and mentally. I’ve grown a lot and I’m a better player.”
