There’s a very special feature, in our closest programme to Remembrance Sunday, on 100-year-old City fan and Royal Air Force veteran Bernard Morgan who swapped the football field for the battlefield in World War II.

Meanwhile, our In the City news pages give you a flavour of what’s going around the club and this past week saw boxing promoter Eddie Hearn at the CFA to watch training ahead of today’s Saints clash.

Our ‘Cover Stars’ feature looks back at an old matchday programme against the Saints – and it is a very special one.The one in focus is the 100-page bumper issue from 11 May 2003, our last game at Maine Road with Kevin Keegan front and centre.

Meanwhile, we also hear Niall Quinn’s thoughts from his entertaining Official Man City Podcast appearance earlier this month.

We have the usual favourites like Pep Guardiola’s manager notes, Mike Summerbee’s Buzzer column and a focus on the visitors, Southampton, with huge Saints fan Ed Chamberlin offering us his ‘Nightmare City XI’.

We also bring you Six Degrees of Separation’ charting a course between stars of both teams and a tier list feature highlighting five legends from our visitors.

Matchday Live commentator Alistair Mann brings you his ‘Mann of the Match’ column, looking back at that final game at Maine Road.

Dr Gary James takes a look at ‘One Moment in Time’ while Kevin Cummins selects another one of his favourite 100 photos, this week an iconic shot of the Stone Roses.

There’s also a focus on what’s happening across our other teams - EDS, Under-18s and Women’s.

Make sure you get your hands on the official matchday programme, which costs £4, because it really is the perfect way to get you in the mood for the big game.

As well as being available for purchase at the ground, supporters who may not be able to attend the game can also order it online.

What’s more, fans will also be able to order a programme subscription, with three bundles opportunities available.
