Another former Roma goalkeeper is on the move as Lens have announced the signing of Pau López from Marseille.
The Spanish shot-stopper, who spent two seasons with the Giallorossi, joins Lens on loan until June 2025, with an option to make the deal permanent for an additional fee.
The move was finalised just a day after López terminated his season-long loan with Girona. The 30 year-old managed only one appearance this season with the Spanish side, unable to displace Paulo Gazzaniga as the first-choice goalkeeper.
According to RMC Sport, Lens tabbed López as the successor to Brice Samba, who is on the verge of completing a €14 million transfer to Rennes.
