According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter Milan, in fact, are very optimistic about the Argentine’s fitness and believe he can make it in time for the second leg clash at San Siro.

Lautaro, for his part, will not miss this game at any cost, knowing his presence could go a long way in boosting Inter Milan’s chances of being in the final.

The report adds that Lautaro did some individual work in the gym and tomorrow, he will return to group training – the final session before the clash.

These are encouraging signs for Inter Milan and tomorrow, therefore, could prove to be an important day for the Argentine international.

A lot may depend on the final report and how Martinez fares in the final session, which will determine whether or not he is fit to play against Barcelona.

The Catalans, for their part, must prepare for the worst and expect Lautaro to be in the Inter Milan squad.
