Inter are stepping up efforts to sign Luis Henrique from Olympique Marseille, aiming to have the Brazilian winger available in time for June’s FIFA Club World Cup. However, the Nerazzurri must first bridge the gap between their current offer and Marseille’s valuation.
Identified as a priority target to strengthen Simone Inzaghi’s squad, the 23-year-old is at the centre of what is shaping up to be a busy summer transfer window for the Biscione.

Initial talks with Marseille sporting director Mehdi Benatia have already taken place, and Inter have reportedly reached an agreement on personal terms with the player’s entourage.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, a new meeting between the two clubs is scheduled in the coming days as Inter look to close the deal. Their opening offer of €25 million, including add-ons, still falls short of Marseille’s €30 million asking price.
Inter’s directors are hopeful that the next round of negotiations will narrow the gap and allow them to complete the signing, ensuring Luis Henrique is available for their Club World Cup campaign kicking off in early June.
