Inter Vice President Javier Zanetti met Nico Paz’s father for dinner on Monday, intensifying transfer speculation of a summer move.

Como talent Nico Paz has emerged as Inter’s priority target for the summer.

Pablo, the father of the Argentinean talent, is a close friend and former teammate of Inter’s Vince President Javier Zanetti. The duo played in the 1998 World Cup together.

Several sources have shown a picture of Zanetti and Pablo at the Botinero Restaurant in Milan, which the Inter Vice President owns.

Zanetti also had lunch with Feyenoord directors on Tuesday afternoon and smiled when a fan asked him about the meeting.

Nico Paz joined Como from Real Madrid last summer and has six goals and five assists this season.

Real Madrid have an option to re-buy him in 2025 or 2026.
