Real Madrid, the kings of Europe, will be up against Arsenal in the first leg of the quarterfinal of the UEFA Champions League 2024/25 season at the Emirates Stadium. Arsenal qualified for the quarterfinal of the tournament by beating PSV by a margin of 9-3 in aggregate over both legs. Meanwhile, Real Madrid knocked out their arch-rivals, Atletico Madrid, in the penalty shootout in the second leg of the Round of 16 at the Wanda Metropolitano.

Aurelien Tchouameni will be suspended for Real Madrid in the first leg due to the accumulation of too many yellow cards. Dani Carvajal and Eder Militao will miss this game as they are out for the whole season due to knee injuries.

4-2-3-1 Real Madrid Predicted Lineup Against Arsenal:

Defence:

Thibaut Courtois is expected to come back from injury and start the game as the goalkeeper. However, if he does not pass the fitness test, Andriy Lunin is now fit to step up a the goalkeeper after missing the previous La Liga game against Valencia.
