Lautaro Martinez looked rusty in front of goal in his return against Parma ahead of Tuesday’s clash between Bayern Munich and Inter Milan.
As TuttoMercatoWeb highlight, the player ratings for the match across Italian media were not positive.
Inter Milan captain Lautaro Martinez made his return to the pitch against Parma yesterday.
The Argentine had missed a couple matches for Inter after picking up a thigh injury just prior to the international break.
And it was a timely return for Martinez.
Inter’s next match is against Bayern Munich in the Champions League. And they will hardly want to be without their captain for that quarterfinal first leg clash.

But on yesterday’s evidence, Lautaro Martinez is still far from his sharpest.
The 27-year-old had one great chance, which he shot straight at Parma keeper Zion Suzuki.
Then there was also an audacious overhead kick attempt from Martinez.
But beyond that, the Inter captain was lacking some intensity and inspiration.
Martinez came off around the hour mark, as Inter looked to preserve his fitness to face Bayern.
But they will certainly be hoping that with yesterday’s match in his leg, he can produce more in the penalty area against the German giants.
