Milan are still working to bring Joao Felix in on loan from Chelsea before the transfer deadline, but first need to get Noah Okafor out.
Santiago Gimenez landed with a private jet from Rotterdam this evening and will have his medical on Sunday to complete the €32m plus bonuses transfer from Feyenoord.
However, they are not done yet and want a support striker who can also act on the wing, bringing some much-needed creativity to the attack.
Joao Felix had already been mentioned several times as a reinforcement on a dry loan from Chelsea, now La Gazzetta dello Sport and Calciomercato.com insist agent Jorge Mendes – who also represents coach Sergio Conceicao – is still working on bringing him to Milan.

There are some problems, specifically his €6m per season salary and the fact Chelsea are hoping to include some sort of option to make the move permanent.
Another concern is the overcrowding in the Milan attack, even after the departure of Alvaro Morata towards Galatasaray.
Okafor is the main candidate to be moved on, although it is tricky after his transfer to RB Leipzig was abandoned over a failed medical.
It is hoped that West Ham United or a different Bundesliga club would be prepared to take the same terms, namely a loan with option to buy for €25m.
