They clearly like him, but they haven’t spent more than €20/25M for any of their signings since the Americans took over. It’d be a first if they splurged that much. Their chase is even more complex since they need to cash in handsomely first. They don’t have many candidates for that. They have to hope some teams really like Emerson, Noah Okafor, and Pavlovic.
