Denzel Dumfries feels that Inter Milan are a “top club” ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League clash with Feyenoord.

The Dutchman spoke in a press conference ahead of the match, as reported by FCInterNews.

Inter Milan take on Feyenoord in the Champions League tomorrow.

The Nerazzurri host the Dutch giants at the San Siro in the second leg of a round of sixteen tie.

Inter will certainly feel that they have one foot in the next round after a 2-0 away win in the first leg. But at the same time, they will certainly know that their work is not done.

Inter Milan will be feeling the pressure to live up to expectations in Europe.

Two seasons ago, the Nerazzurri reached the final of the competition. There, they were perhaps unfortunate to lose to Manchester City.

However, last season Inter underwhelmed in Europe. They squandered a two-goal advantage in their round of sixteen tie against Atletico Madrid, bombing out on penalties.

Dumfries Declares Inter Milan “A Top Club” Ahead Of Feyenoord Clash

Inter Milan wingback Denzel Dumfries gave his thoughts ahead of tomorrow’s match.

“We have a second leg and we have to win it,” the 28-year-old said.

“We want to reach the quarterfinals,” he added. “We have to play well.”

Meanwhile, Dumfries gave his thoughts on his own season. “For me, it’s been a good season,” he said.

“My first thought is on keeping my focus.”

“It’s a bit tough to keep the focus high all season. But I think I’ve done a good job in that respect, and I’m proud of how much I’ve grown.”

Meanwhile, Dumfries said that he’s expecting a “very aggressive” Feyenoord tomorrow.

“They’re coming here to win, and they have nothing to lose.”

“We have to be at our best to win tomorrow,” the Dutchman noted.

“We want to get to the quarterfinals and we saw what Feyenoord did against Milan. They played well.”

Denzel Dumfries declared that “we want to show that Inter are always a top club.”

“We always have to stay focused. We saw that against Monza as well.”
