Osasuna star misses training ahead of Valencia clash | OneFootball

A leading member of the midfield ranks at La Liga outfit Osasuna played no part in group training on Tuesday.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who point towards Aimar Oroz as the player in question.

Oroz, for his part, has continued to play a leading role for Osasuna across the season to date, to the tune of starts in all but two of the club’s league fixtures.

Along the way, the 23-year-old has chipped in with two goals and one assist.

In turn, it may come as a source of concern for fans of Los Rojillos to learn that Oroz was absent from training with Vicente Moreno’s squad earlier today.

As per MD:

‘The red-and-white team completed a session with rondos, possessions and reduced game situations. Aimar Oroz did not participate in the training due to an illness.’

The hope is that Oroz will have recovered in time to play his part against Valencia in Osasuna’s next La Liga outing, this coming Sunday.
