La Liga giants Real Madrid have on Thursday been afforded a series of boosts on the personnel front.

This comes amid positive updates on the wellbeing of three important members of the club’s squad.

First up comes Éder Militão, forced into a premature departure from Real Madrid’s Champions League defeat at the hands of Lille on Wednesday.

The Brazilian’s issue has not proven to be a serious one, with Militão spotted back in group training this afternoon as a result.

Turning attentions towards fellow countryman Rodrygo, who sat out entirely against Lille whilst suffering the after effects of a fitness problem picked up in the Madrid Derby, the versatile attacker, too, is expected to be available to face Villarreal this weekend.

The 23-year-old is in line to return to training on Friday.

Last up comes an update on the situation of Dani Ceballos.

Sidelined since early last month owing to an ankle sprain, midfielder Ceballos was on Thursday given the green light to rejoin group activities at Valdebebas.

As per Real Madrid insider Guillermo Rai of The Athletic, ‘he is expected to be back just after the international break’.
