Real Madrid want AC Milan midfielder this summer | OneFootball

La Liga giants Real Madrid have set their sights on the signature of a member of the midfield ranks at Italian heavyweights AC Milan.

That’s according to Radio MARCA, who point towards Tijjani Reijnders as the player in question.

Dutch international Reijnders is for his part in the midst of what has been a thoroughly impressive individual campaign to date.

Whilst AC Milan, as a collective, have toiled, the former AZ Alkmaar standout has stood tall, emerging as arguably the Rossoneri’s most consistent performer.

Reijnders has managed to take his production in the final third to a new level in 2024/25, too, with 15 goals and five assists under his belt across all competitions.

And such ongoing excellence, it would appear, has not gone unnoticed in Spain…

As per a report from Radio MARCA, Real Madrid are expressing a keen interest in bringing Reijnders to the Santiago Bernabéu this summer.

Amid an ongoing search for reinforcements in the middle of the park, Los Blancos are understood to have earmarked the 26-year-old as the ideal profile.

It now remains to be seen if Milan are willing to even negotiate the transfer of a player who just months ago signed a new long-term contract.
