Inter have identified Dinamo midfielder Sucic as a prospective target in midfield.

The 21-year-old is certainly the right age profile for the Nerazzurri. They are looking to lower the average age of their squad under the ownership of Oaktree Capita.

And Sucic’s performances have convinced Inter that he is the right player in midfield.

The Nerazzurri are likely to have to replace both Kristjan Asllani and Davide Frattesi soon. They have yet to really find a suitable successor to Hakan Calhanoglu.

Inter Ready To Make €15M Offer For Dinamo Midfielder Petar Sucic

The Nerazzurri see Sucic as having the right profile.

The Dinamo Zagreb midfielder would be a player the Nerazzurri see as a future starter in holding midfield.

Previously, Marcelo Brozovic has starred for Inter in that position.

Meanwhile, Croatian internationals Mateo Kovacic and Ivan Perisic have also notably played for Inter in the last decade.

Croatian outlet Sportske Novosti confirm reports that Inter could aim to sign Sucic as early as this month.

If the Croat were to sign during the January window, however, Inter would loan him back to Dinamo.

On the other hand, Inter could also wait until the summer to sign Sucic.

One way or the other, though, the negotiations between the Nerazzurri and Dinamo are progressing.

According to Sportske Novosti, Dinamo are expecting somewhere in the region of €15 million for Sucic. And Inter are ready to make an offer close to the Croatian club’s demands.
