Republic of Ireland Women were 1-0 winners over Türkiye in an opening UEFA Women’s Nations League B group fixture.

Ireland made the breakthrough a couple of minutes from half time, Kyra Carusa with the header from Heather Payne’s ball.

Campbell’s goal-line clearance kept out Seker’s corner kick, Arzu Karabulut put a stoppage-time opportunity wide as Ireland held on for the win.
