The experienced Japan international has struggled to hold down a regular place in Arne Slot’s side, and sources have confirmed that he is “unhappy” with his lack of playing time and open to leaving Anfield this month.
Endo has always performed well whenever called upon, showing himself to be a good squad player for Liverpool, but it’s perhaps not too surprising that he’s not pleased with that kind of role.
Fulham are now weighing up a move for Endo before the end of the month, CaughtOffside understands, while others like Wolves, Ipswich Town, AC Milan and Celtic are also monitoring the 31-year-old’s situation.

It will be interesting to see how Liverpool approach this situation, as Endo could still end up having an important role to play over the course of a long and challenging season.
Slot will want to be able to rotate his team from time to time, so it may be that LFC will end up blocking any efforts made by other clubs to lure Endo away.
At the same time, however, there seems little sense in keeping an unhappy player, and sources have indicated that Liverpool could consider selling Endo for the right offer.
Somewhere in the region of €12-15m could be enough to convince the Merseyside giants to let Endo leave, and that wouldn’t be a bad deal for them, taking into account the player’s age.
One imagines, however, that Liverpool would ideally replace Endo with a similar backup player to ensure others like Ryan Gravenberch aren’t over-played and burned out in what could end up being a very busy and demanding fixture schedule for the club.
