Following assessments made by the relevant authorities, it has been confirmed that there will be a ban on away fans for Roma v AC Milan at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday 18 May 2025. All tickets in the away end will be cancelled and refunded.

AS Roma have announced the refund process for fans who have already purchased a ticket:

  1. Online sales: the refund will automatically be transferred to the credit card used during the online purchase.
  2. Purchases made at a physical vendor: you can make a refund request via the following link from 10:00 CEST on 20 May to 19:00 CEST on 23 May: shop.vivaticket.com/ita/rimborsi. The refund will be transferred to the account linked to the IBAN, which you entered when making the request.
