This is a showdown for European places as Lazio’s Taty Castellanos and Mattia Zaccagni face a Fiorentina side in crisis with Moise Kean and Albert Gudmundsson.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 19.45 GMT.
These sides are both aiming for a potential top five finish and go head-to-head in the Eternal City on very different periods of form.
Despite the defeat to Roma on January 5, Lazio got themselves back on track with a 3-0 win away to Verona and Thursday’s 3-1 domination of Real Sociedad to guarantee Europa League Round of 16 access.
Nuno Tavares pulled up with a muscular issue during that game and is out injured, replaced by Luca Pellegrini at left-back.
Matias Vecino, Manuel Lazzari and Patric are also out of action, as Gustav Isaksen, Boulaye Dia and Zaccagni support Castellanos.
Nicolo’ Rovella was given time off for family issues this week, so is not in the starting XI.

Fiorentina had won eight Serie A matches in a row before suddenly hitting a brick wall.
Since their last victory against Cagliari on December 8, the Viola have managed only two draws from their last six Serie A fixtures.
Danilo Cataldi and Andrea Colpani are injured, while Cristiano Biraghi and Jonathan Ikone are left out pending potential transfers.
Kean continues to have his most prolific season, supported by Gudmundsson and January signing Michael Folorunsho, while Lucas Beltran is preferred to Riccardo Sottil.
