Lautaro Martinez is partnered by Joaquin Correa with Josep Martinez making his Inter debut in goal against Patrick Vieira’s tough to beat Genoa.
It kicks off at San Siro at 19.45 GMT.
It has been a rough week for the Nerazzurri, who lost the Derby d’Italia against Juventus and fell two points behind leaders Napoli.
They then saw goalkeeper Yann Sommer fracture his thumb in training and he’ll be out for at least three weeks, so Josep Martinez curiously enough makes his Inter debut against his former club.
Marcus Thuram and Carlos Augusto are struggling, with Hakan Calhanoglu not at 100 per cent either, so Correa and Kristjan Asllani step in.
Nicolò Barella has to be careful, because he is one yellow card away from suspension and the next match is the Scudetto showdown with Napoli.

Genoa have made themselves very tough to beat under coach Patrick Vieira, as he has overseen five wins, five draws and only three defeats.
Vitinha is the latest addition to the injury list with Milan Badelj, Morten Thorsby, Honest Ahanor and Lior Kassa, while Mario Balotelli is frozen out.
The big news is the return of Ruslan Malinovskyi on the bench for the first time since his horrific leg fracture.
Jean Onana and Maxwel Cornet are surprisingly only on the bench too.
Inter: Josep Martinez; Pavard, Acerbi, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Asllani, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco; Lautaro Martinez, Correa
Genoa: Leali; Sabelli, Bani, Vasquez, Martin; Masini, Frendrup, Miretti; Zanoli, Pinamonti, Ekhator
