Important information regarding seating
Please be aware that blocks 113, 114, 313 and 314 feature rail seating, meaning supporters in this section of the stadium have the option of standing throughout the match. For any access related queries, please email access@mancity.com.
It is important that supporters are in possession of the correct ticket, which is purchased against the correct age band. If for any reason Manchester City staff believe this not to be case and the supporter does not have ID, they reserve the right to upgrade their ticket.
Age restrictions
Supporters over 14 and under 18 can enter the stadium unaccompanied. However, they are not allowed to be responsible for another supporter. Only supporters over 18 can be responsible for a child under 18.
Supporters under 14 are not allowed to enter the stadium without an adult (over 18). As a result, and in line with reasonable adjustments, any supporter who is under 14 must attend with their parent/guardian and are required to pay the prevailing rate for both their seats.
This applies to all disabled supporters, whether walking ambulant or who require the use of a wheelchair.
Box Level wheelchair bays
The wheelchair bays located on Box Level do not have direct access to the visiting supporter concourse. Entrance is via the accessible entrance and lift at H door. Disabled toilets are accessible either on the Box Level corridor or facilities adjacent to Legends. Please be aware that H door is also a home supporter entrance, and that visiting supporters will mix with home supporters when using facilities.
Orders will be taken up to 15 minutes before kick-off (for service before kick-off) and up to five minutes after kick-off (for half time service). Food and drink will be delivered to the seat approximately 15 minutes after the order has been placed or at the start of half time if ordered beforehand. Card payment only.
In line with the Ground Regulations, there will be no alcohol served in these locations.
Additional information
Following supporter consultation there will be a limited allocation open to season ticket holder ballot for those who do not meet the away points threshold. This ballot will go live after the final points drop and will be open for entry for 24 hours. Supporters will be asked to input card details. If they are successful in the ballot, payment will be taken and the season ticket holder will be notified by email. Those that are unsuccessful in the ballot will also be notified as such and will not be charged.
Please note all tickets are for the sole use of the supporter making the purchase under their Newcastle United supporter number and are strictly non-transferable.
Tickets will be in digital format with provisions made for those supporters who are not mobile compatible.
Ticket spot checks
Spot checks will continue at away grounds to ensure supporters with eligibility have their priority access protected. 54% of respondents of the club's away ticketing and operations survey supported ticket checks.
Further consultation will take place around the method for spot checks to ensure as many season ticket holders as possible, including those whose preference was to revert to no checks, can provide further feedback.
Ticket transfers can be made from 72 hours prior to kick off until 5 hours before kick off. You will find the key information regarding ticket transfers here.
