Brentford will look to maintain their recent good form when they host Manchester United in the Premier League this afternoon.
The Bees have responded well to defeat at Newcastle by putting together a four-game unbeaten run which includes draws with Chelsea as well as Arsenal, and an impressive win away at Nottingham Forest three days ago.
Last time out at the Gtech Community Stadium, Brentford beat Brighton in a six-goal thriller to record their first home win in any competition in 2025.
Now the aim for Thomas Frank’s side - who are eying Conference League qualification - is a rare win over Man Utd.
The Red Devils are expected to be much changed in west London today as Ruben Amorim priorities the Europa League with his side on course to reach the final following a 3-0 semi-final first leg win over Athletic Club.
Despite this fixture usually promising goals, supporters in the UK will not be able to watch the game on TV.
The game is being played at 2pm BST on Sunday, so does not fall within the blackout rules imposed across English football on a Saturday at 3pm.
But it has not been selected for live coverage by Sky Sports, who are instead showing Brighton vs Newcastle and then Chelsea welcoming recently crowned Premier League champions Liverpool to Stamford Bridge.
TV channel: The game will not be broadcast in the UK.
Free highlights: Match of the Day 2, however, will show highlights when it airs at 10.30pm BST tonight on BBC One.
